IMK – the factory for prudocion of steel pipes is specialized in the production of spiral welded steel pipes. The factory is equipped with modern technology installed in the unit for the production of spiral welded steel pipes. The technology in conjunction with the knowledge, and values that we cultivate helps in the manufacturing of high quality steel pipes with different diameters, thickness of the wall and quality of different basic materials.
IMK – the factory for prudocion of steel pipes remains as one of the leading pipe producers in the region with the production of welded steel pipes in various dimensions ranging from Ø 219.1 mm up to Ø 2032 mm. Furthermore, the quality of our products is in accordance with international standards of production and control, such as: API, DIN, ASTM, BS, ISO, EN, NF, UNI, GOST, etc.
Manufacturing, quality control and data-processing are performed according to API, DIN, GOST, EN and other standards for pipes manufacturing. In manufacturing process the following controls are performed: automatic control of welding site by ultrasound, outer and inner visual control, hydraulic control under pressure up to 211 bar and the end-final control. Mechanical and chemical examinations according to standards and parameters of productions are performed in our own laboratory.
American Petroleum Institute is convinced in production of high quality of factory for steel pipes and gave the licence for use of API Monogram.
