Coating – Insulation
Protection against corrosion of steel pipes is secured according to DIN 30673, AWW AWW C210 and C213 standards. Preparation of the external and internal surface of pipe for anticorrosion protection is achieved by the bombardment device with under pressure with steel beads, thus the quality of cleaned surface reaches Sa2 ½ according to SIS 055900 criteria.
Internal insulation is done with bitumen lacquer-based with thickness up to 100 μm and epoxy-resin system Airless with thickness of 150 μm to 300 μm (for drinking water). External insulation is done with armoured bitumen mass with fiber-glass thickness from 3.5 to 8 mm, with electro-penetration testing 10, 15,20 and 25 kV
